Delivery discrepancies:
Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, preferably within 24hrs.
Faulty goods:
Damages must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:
In the unlikely event you should want to return an item to us we are pleased to offer all customers our 14 Day No Quibble Refund. With our 14 Day No Quibble Refund you have 14 working days in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund. Henry Ashdown will deduct from any refund the cost of recovering goods from customers. This is typically £49.95 per collection and is the direct cost to Henry Ashdown of recovering the item(s).
Procedure for returns
No items will be collected without an RMA number (return material authorisation).
You must first complete the form below and then our customer service team will call to arrange collection and to discuss any issues you may have. They will also issue you with a unique RMA number.
